The Singer
Thomas Anthony Jegaraj is a highly versatile singer and songwriter of East Indian-Filipino American descent, based in Los Angeles. His extensive training began at Interlochen Arts Academy, where he focused on voice and achieved recognition as a finalist in the NFAA YoungArts Foundation's scholarship competition. He later pursued his studies, majoring in Vocal Performance at UCLA, and further honed his skills through graduate studies in opera at the École Normale de Musique de Paris.
Thomas Anthony's professional journey is marked by his remarkable versatility as a vocalist. He has excelled in various musical genres, encompassing classical, musical theater, jazz, soul/R&B, pop, and Christian worship music. His role as worship leader at First Presbyterian Church in Fullerton demonstrates his ability to convey emotion and inspire congregants through music. Taj's recent release of the Christian music single, 'Your Name,' under the artist name Thomas Anthony Jr., marks a significant milestone in his career. Beyond his church commitments, his contributes his exceptional vocal abilities to the Voices of Christmas ensemble, bringing joy to audiences during the holiday season. He has also collaborated with numerous regional, national, and international touring theater companies and shows, showcasing his adaptability to different musical styles. He most recently completed the Disney 100 Wonderland Concert tour, with 15 performances in 9 cities across China, attesting to his broad appeal and the recognition of his talents on an international scale.
